When replacing, do remember you have to remove base, stabilize shaft with screwdriver, then remove old Blade Driver Clutch (broken wheel gear)in a clockwise direction ( looking down at it) These are reverse threads Other than that, easy fix

To install you need to 1) remove the four screws on the bottom plate 2) I removed the next layer of four screws but on reflection I'm not sure that was necessary3) The final layer of four hold the top plate in place and that has to be removed to take off
