The wand came in perfect shape. The only complain my wife makes that it is difficlt to separate the two components of the wand as was possibe with the replaced item. Even I had difficulty separating them so she could dust the baseboards and door and windo

Product is slightly defective but I did not feel like going to the trouble of returning it! Does not swivel the way it is supposed to and one piece was obviously not made correctly and seller had to have known this. All the same, it works.
