The only down fall is that their are no dealers in my area to buy accesories. I have to order everything online including bags. For that reason I could not recommend this product to friends. When I need a new vaccum I will have to buy another product.

You should carry the Simplicity Plastic handle, since it breaks so often My'n is cracked and I already replaced it a few years ago for the same kind of crack May be it should be made stronger out of harder plastic
