Shipping Method;
Standard shipping for packages under 2 lbs will most likely be
shipped by DHL Global Mail or 1st Class Mail. If the product is over 2 lbs
it may be shipped by DHL, FedEx, FedEx SmartPost or UPS. The standard shipping method is determined by TotalVac.com based on the
size and weight of the package.
Next Day, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Air;
Next Day and 2nd Day Air not available on laundry
products, liquids or items weighing over 20 pounds. 2nd Day Air, 3rd Day
Air and Next Day orders must be placed by 1:00 P.M. Eastern time. Next
day shipping is not available on weekends, but will go out Monday if the item is
in stock. Your item will ship out Next Day if the item is in stock.
If it is not in stock we will contact you by phone or email. Next Day, 2nd Day Air,
and 3rd Day Air will
be shipped by FedEx or UPS depending on the carrier's pick up and
delivery schedule. UPS
and FedEx do not deliver 2nd Day Air or 3rd Day Air packages on week-ends.

Undeliverable Address;
If we receive a package back that states that the package was undeliverable
due to the address. We will credit you back the full amount less the
shipping charges you were charged or $5.95 if you received free shipping.
Credits and Reshipments
We will not re-ship or credit you for packages that
have a delivery confirmation.
