Standard Shipping Method;
If you select standard shipping or free shipping
your order will be sent by DHL Global or FedEx SmartPost who will transport your
package the majority of the way and final delivery will be by the (USPS) US post
office. Depending on how close you are to TotalVac's warehouse, your item will
arrive between 1 and 6 business days (1 to 10 business days for USPS) after it
leaves the warehouse. We do not require an adult signature for
deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a
signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left
at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the
driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." Be sure to include
your name and tracking number on the note.
FedEx or UPS Shipping Method;
FedEx and UPS are only $1
more, but generally will arrive several days earlier versus standard shipping.
Expedited Shipping
2nd Day Air is not available on laundry
products, liquids or items weighing over 20 pounds. 2nd Day Air and 3rd Day
Air orders must be placed by 1:00 P.M. Eastern time. 2nd Day Air
and 3rd Day Air will
be shipped by FedEx or UPS depending on the carrier's pick up and
delivery schedule. UPS
and FedEx do not deliver 2nd Day Air or 3rd Day Air packages on week-ends.
We do not provide overnight shipping.
Shipping Outside the USA
To place an international order add your products
to the shopping cart. Then click on the "International Checkout" button. You can
select the shipping country and currency. Your order will be shipped by iShopUSA. You may pay with international credit
cards, PayPal or bank wire transfers. iShopUSA will process your payment and
guarantee delivery.
Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to iShopUSA Customer Service Department.
Refused/Undeliverable Address;
If you decide to refuse a
shipment with out contacting us for a RMA Number we will be forced to charge you
the cost of the return. If we receive a package back that states that the
package was undeliverable due to the address. We will credit you back the
full amount less the shipping charges you were charged or $6.95 if you received
free shipping.
Credits and Reshipments
We will not re-ship or credit you for packages that
have a delivery confirmation.
