Return Policy
Refunds
Products may be returned unopened for a refund within 30 days of
you receiving the order and may be charged a 15% re-stocking fee at our discretion.
You must fill out the Return Merchandise form and receive an RMA (Return
Merchandise Authorization) number from us first. Items that are in
un-sellable condition, no longer wanted, you changed your mind, missing parts or
you ordered the wrong product will not be refunded.
If you return an item past our 30 day grace period
without our prior approval, we reserve the right to return the package and you
will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
Please note that we will only refund shipping costs if the return is
a result of our error up to $9.95, unless prior arrangements have been made with
the return department. Return your item (s) using UPS ground, FedEx ground
or standard U.S. Mail.
Refused Shipments
If you refuse your package you will be charged the original cost of shipping, even
if you received free shipping, plus the cost of return shipping. Free shipping
only applies when the product is kept. Unless we sent the wrong product
or made some other error on shipping out your product.
Cancelled Orders
If we are not able to cancel an order before it ships,
you may still return the order, however you will be responsible for the cost of
the shipping as well as the return shipping charges.
Damaged Shipments
If your product is damaged in transit or defective upon
arrival, we will exchange the product for you at no charge. We do request that
if the package is received damaged, that you contact us within five days of the
shipment being received.
You can expect a refund sent to your credit card company
or PayPal within 14 business days of TotalVac addressing your
return.
Refund Process
Once TotalVac processes your refund you will receive
a refund receipt via email from our credit card processor Authorize.net and /
or TotalVac. Please check your spam folder for emails from TotalVac or
Authorize.net if you could not find your refund email. Please note that it
typically takes 3-7 days for your bank or credit card to post the refund to your
account.
Exchanges
Were are not able to make exchanges, since you have to
send back the product.
Note: Shavers, shaver parts, flat irons, hair dryers, trimmers, massagers,
foot spas and other personal hygiene products can never be returned once opened.
Do not send us your old broken parts to see if we can get new ones.
We can not accept them due to insurance and health liabilities.
