I acknowledge that by submitting this form I am aware of the terms of the TotalVac.com return policy including the following:
The return request must be evaluated and approved by TotalVac.com, and I must receive a RMA number before I can return the item. This RMA number must be displayed on the return shipping label.
All return requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.
I may be responsible for a merchandise restocking charge of up to 15%.
All items must be returned in their original containers in the condition they were received with instruction manuals, and all original packaging materials, etc. or they may be refused.
Any items that have been bent, scratched, altered or otherwise damaged or incomplete due to my error are not acceptable for return.
Shavers, shaver parts, flat irons, hair dryers, trimmers, massagers, foot spas and other personal hygiene products can never be returned once opened.
TotalVac.com has the right to refuse any package that does not comply with the above.
