Franklin Lightning Blend #9 Floor Cleaner is a concentrated, low-foam, phosphate-free floor cleaner. Formulated to virtually eliminate rinsing and leave surfaces clean without streaks or dulling haze. This versatile product is excellent for both mop-and-bucket cleaning and for use in an automatic scrubber. It is also a great general-purpose surface cleaner. Green Seal certified (GS-37). Dilution ratio - 1:512. 1 gallon concentrate.
