The only proble with it is where the hose connects. It doesn't fit as tightly as it should so you can hear some of the vaccuum air escaping.

the water pan fits just right. it was black and mine was brown but once it's on the vacuum you cannot tell. the water pan's plastic is a lot thinner than the original. i would order vacuum cleaner parts from totalvac.

We dropped the original Rainbow water bowl, which was many years old: bought this generic bowl and after 3 uses it cracked all over. Suppose when it was locked onto the vacumn: do not recommend: will get a brand name this time:
