Blender base never wears out. Original cutter's plastic assembly just wore out. Steel replacement assembly should last as long as the base and motor will.

Does not fit models 908, 909, 911, 939, 990, 50100, 50188, 50199, 50286, 54100, 54101, 54104, 57100, 57122, HBB250 or HBB250S. Inside diameter approximately 1 7/8 inches. Hamilton Beach Blender Rubber Drive Clutch
Hamilton Beach Blender Replacement Rubber Drive Clutch. This is the rubber drive located on top of the motor. Connects the motor to the blade assembly. Fits most Hamilton Beach home blenders including but not limited to models 50120, 50125, 50152, 50199, 50200, 52254, 54150, 54250, 54255, 56150, 56400 and 56406. Also fits commercial blender models 908, 909, 918 and 919. Because of the direction of rotation of the motor, the threads are left-handed (tighten and loosen in the opposite direction of conventional nuts and bolts.
