After years of faithful service the top piece of my Cuisinart food processor broke. If I had not been able to replace this piece I would have been forced to purchase a new one which most likely would not have been as good as mine and extremely expensive.

I bought this model when it was fairly new on the market and quite expensive. With time, the plastic became brittle: First the bowl couldn't lock anymore and when I changed it, the cover and feedind tube didn't fit properly. I am delighted as I, now have
