I use is specifically when my allergies are running high and I have trouble breathing Right now I have a cold and will use it tonight in the Rainmate to open up my airways (This is my opinion and not a medical opinion )

I use it every time I clean house-I also will leave the vaccuum running in a closed room or inside my closed car to completly freshen the air-without using those carpet powders
