The hose is durable and the length is the same as the original that came with the machine. The black electrical piece that plugs into the vacuum also plugs into the hose itself. This piece will detach while vacuuming. It should have a tighter fit. I sti

The black power cable (versus white) was quickly overlooked as I needed a new hose However, in the few times I have used it, the metal insert (where it connects to the intake) has separated from the white hose two times It seems to slide right back on and

I vacuum constantly and this hose is fantastic! It is very light weight, yet does the work of a commercial vacuum hose I would buy this again!
