The one that came has a square plastic handle instead of the metal hex head shown in the picture. I actually like it better since the metal one used to get too hot to handle real fast.

the item doesn't rock back and forth like the old one and only when I turn up the heat, so I'm afraid it's not working the way it should & if turned heat up it is cooking too quickly or could blow up.
Pros: Not sure if working right
