Presto Pressure Cooker / Canner Interlock. This interlock exhausts lets air out from the pressure cooker/canner as you heat the unit, and acts as a visual indicater of pressure in the canner. You will need to have the included gasket in place to make sure this works properly. For use on models with interlock located in handle such as 01240, 01241, 01340, 01341, 01260, 01263, 01264, 01282, 01283, 01360, 01361, 01362, 01363 and 01370.
