I am very happy to have found a replacement hose for my very old Electrolux vacuum cleaner. Now I buy everything from Totalvac. Bags are good too.

The original braided hose on my 1978 model L had given out completely I finally located this proper replacement, and am very glad I did It is a perfect fit, and my old model L is now good-as-new!

Be advised that generic brand hoses may not be as good I bought a generic locally and the attaching fitting required considrable effort to connect and even more to disconnect Worse, since the LX does not have front wheels, I have to use the hose to pick

Overall, I am very pleased with this item It is difficult to find parts for such an old model Electrolux I now hope to get many more years of service from this vacuum

I use Electrolux vacuum cleaners all mylife and it is a long life, I am 86 years oldThe last ten years I am only replacing parts, mainly the hose brakes, but this time I did not realize what you mean by "electric hose" and I ordered a non electric I guess

Good replacement for hard to find original hose but expensive for the quality
