New powerhead needed repair, 5.18.2011

The new powerhead ran about 10 seconds before the belt burnt in half. The brush head was stuck so the motor spun and burnt the belt. I freed the brush and installed my old belt to try again. Brush spins but doesn't hit the carpet or floor no matter what t
